As you can probably tell, here at CRMSender we take email delivery very seriously. Here are a few ways we keep response rates high:

  1. All outgoing email campaigns are screened by our Approval Team to ensure compliance with our Terms and Conditions and all current anti-spam legislation (such as CAN-SPAM).
  2. All spam complaints and reports of abuse are immediately investigated by our Policy Enforcement Team. We act swiftly to ensure our ability to send and deliver email is never compromised.
  3. We maintain automated “Spam Complaint Feedback Loops” with ISPs both large and small.
  4. Our systems are enabled with all widely supported email authentication protocols, including SPF, SenderID and DomainKeys.
